All returns that have not been authorized, such as: No One Home, Wrong Address, Package Refusal, Unclaimed, No Signature, etc. Will be subject to a restocking/return fee of ALL S&H fees; This fee includes a portion of paid shipping & handling fees, as well as lost materials and expenses incurred by SatManiacs in connection with this auction. What is frustrating to us is how other dealers can charge for this new software (firmware) that is already freely available on the Internet. Charging for freeware is not right.
